A Note on Scope

When this practice is not the right starting point

If you’re currently experiencing active suicidal ideation, severe psychiatric instability, or immediate safety concerns, this practice may not be the right starting point but we can help you connect with providers who specialize in that work.

If a mental health crisis arises during our work together, we’ll provide support, safety planning, and care coordination as needed. This practice isn’t designed for ongoing crisis intervention, intensive trauma processing, or medication management as primary treatment.
