Family Systems Therapy
Getting everyone in the family into therapy isn’t always realistic—or necessary.
Often the most effective path is with one or two people who are ready to do something different. Families operate as systems — with roles, rules, and patterns that shape how everyone relates. When one person starts moving differently, the whole system feels it.
The work is about moving from polarization and rigid roles toward a system that can hold tension, disagreement, and care at the same time.
You don’t need everyone in the room to change something real. One person doing the work changes what’s possible.
