The Result: You’ll get immediate clarity on whether it makes sense to explore working together right now.

If the screener feels right, we’ll hop on a 15-30 minute video call.

The Goal: We’ll discuss what’s bringing you in and you can get a feel for my personality.

The Fit: If it’s a match, we’ll book your intake. If not, I can share referrals to colleagues who better suit your specific needs.

Our first formal meeting, known as the intake session, is about the big picture.

The Vibe: Relaxed and conversational. You don’t need to have a perfect “story” ready.

The Content: The floor is yours to share what’s been going on in your life that prompted you to start therapy, what’s working in your life, and what you’re ready to explore.

Most clients find the most success meeting weekly or bi-weekly.

Checking In: After the first few sessions, we’ll check-in to see if we’e on the right track.

Self-Directed Growth: You bring the data from your week; I bring the clinical tools and grounded prescence to create new conditions for growth and what you carry forward.

Momentum: We stay focused on your goals to ensure our time is an investment, not just an appointment.
